北京公司怎么样

在moto快八年了.经历了moto的起起伏伏,很好的美国公司和企业文化.人才济济,当然我也不否认有些混日子的人.但是moto的确是一个可以踏踏实实做事和成长的地方.也许有一天我也会离开moto,但是他留给我的不仅仅是工作经验那末简单. 我会和我所有离开的同事一样希望moto有很好的未来.

07年硕士，税前6500＋户口，14个月工资。
20％的公积金。
折合8300。

公司比较差了，什么技术都没有，留一堆混事的人在那里，技术其乱难以想象，还煞有其事的走流程，典型的政府国企风范。养老绝对是个好地方，lady巨多，可想而知嚼舌头的38也多，没啥意思，出来了

The worst thing is : My last working day is 12.31.2007, but I could not get the bonus for the year 2007, because the boss mark you as the Mr. worst for you have left the company, it is too funny and unfair, even Motorola is a famous company, still treat people so bad when people are leaving.
How could we deal with the reality?Find a lawyer for the proper way? Is it works in our country? Forget about it, now I am working for Microsoft, I also could not give a high score, you never know what happen to you in the end about this kind of famous company.

I just lay off from Motorola as employee, and a lot benefit promised in the contract such as additional house funding could not be paid, as HR said, it is the policy. The situation I am facing is "lay off" for the company busniness changing.
